A central focus of United Virginia is to advance federal and state-wide efforts that fuel Virginia’s economy. Recognizing that short term initiatives are critical in restarting the Commonwealth’s economic engines, we also realize that systemic issues will need to be addressed for long term economic viability.
Our priority will be to support legislation that will address sustainable economic structures and policies so that the road forward will result in economic stability and prosperity for all.
As an organization, we believe that the most critical element to rebuilding our economy is job growth. We strongly encourage long term investments in health care, education, energy, and Virginia’s aging infrastructure. These investments will not only reap benefits for the citizens of the Commonwealth, the immediate impact will be the resulting job expansion and creation.
